Step 1- Submit a Request

Submit a request to us for a quote via our website, email or calling our office. We will reply to you with a quote for the services you requested. If necessary, we will request additional information before a final quote is agreed upon. We are confident that we can provide you and your company with a high quality, unique design at an affordable price.

Step 2 -Make Payment Arrangements

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the creation of your design begins. That is payable via cash, check or Paypal. If you desire to have a rush placed on your project the entire amount of the quote must be paid in full. Additional rush charges may apply.

Step 3- Give Us Your Imaginations or Ideas

Depending on the type of project you will be sent a questionnaire to submit to us explaining vital information about you and your company, as well as your customers and what you like or dislike in the general design category of your project.

Step 4 – Tell Us What You Think
Tell us what you think. You will be provided with a minimum of two rough drafts to make sure we are headed in the right direction. Depending upon your desire it may only need a slight tweak and we are ready to go••• or we may need to dig a bit deeper and go in another direction. We will work with you to accomplish your goals for the project. The more information and feedback you provide the better we will be able to create the right design for you or your business.

Step 5 – Approve Your Design

A final draft is submitted to you for any last minute changes, a total of two revisions are included in your quote. After approval your design will be published via the web or print media or if requested via storage device (CD, DVD, email, etc.).

Additional Information
The entire process of designing anything can take anywhere from 7 days to 90 d4ys depending on the project, as well as the feedback we receive from you. If you have all of your copy writing done before the beginning of your project that will speed your project along. Any project requested in less than 7 d4ys is subject to a rush fee.
